Hatha and Stretch are the gentlest places to start — slower pace, clear instructions, and lots of guidance. Every class at Peculiar Yogi welcomes all levels, and instructors always offer modifications. Come as you are.
Yes — each pack has its own validity period, shown before you buy. As a guide, validity is paced for at least one class per week: a 50-credit classpack gives you at least 5 weeks, a 100-credit classpack at least 10 weeks, and so on.
Cancel directly in the booking app at least 12 hours before the class start time and your credit is automatically returned to your account. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class, or missed classes, are not refunded.
Yes, the studio has changing facilities and a shower room. Arrive a little early to get settled before your class starts.
In most cases, yes — just let your instructor know before class starts so they can offer suitable modifications. If you're under medical care, check with your doctor first.
